Cookies policy

A cookie is a small text file placed on your device when you visit a website. Similar technologies — such as local storage — work the same way and are covered by this policy.

• Strictly necessary — required for the website to function: keeping an administrator signed in to the private dashboard and preserving your session between pages. These cannot be disabled without breaking the site.
• Functional storage — lightweight browser storage used to remember interface preferences, such as your filter selection on the Discover Camps page.

We do not use advertising cookies, retargeting pixels or cross-site tracking of any kind.

The Hybrid Society may use privacy-friendly, aggregated analytics to understand how many people visit the site and which pages they read. When such analytics are enabled, they are configured without advertising identifiers and without cross-site profiling. If we ever introduce analytics that require your consent, we will ask for it through a consent banner before any non-essential cookie is placed.

Some pages load images from Cloudinary and communicate with Supabase to submit forms. These services may set technical cookies or receive your IP address as part of the request — this is required to deliver content and process your submission, and is not used for advertising.

You can review, block or delete cookies at any time from your browser settings. The relevant sections are usually found under Privacy or Security:

Blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent parts of the website, in particular the administration area, from working correctly.
